Dr. Minhajul Islam Ukil joined the Department of Management and Marketing as an Assistant Professor. He obtained a PhD focused on Entrepreneurship from The University of Adelaide (Australia). Prior to his present appointment, Dr. Minhaj taught at Brac University (Bangladesh) and The University of Adelaide (Australia). Dr. Minhaj is currently working on a number of qualitative and quantitative research projects. His research interest includes (social) entrepreneurship and organisational behaviour with a particular focus on emotions, entrepreneurial intentions, employee engagement, and retention. Dr. Minhaj published in several Scopus-indexed journals and presented at top conferences in management and entrepreneurship. Dr. Minhaj earned an MBA with a major in Human Resource Management from the University of Dhaka (Bangladesh) and a BBA with a major in Customer Relationship Management from HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences (Finland).
